Tristar was founded by Nathan Gross in 1996 and brings decades of experience to providing businesses connectivity solutions throughout the US and in several foreign countries. His leadership has attracted a team of telecom programmers and developers who have created State of the Art applications and interfaces for modern communications needs.

Tristar has agreements with several backbone carriers to provide exceptional connectivity to the Internet and the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Tristar is also a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) allowing it to provide extremely competitive on-net and off-net local, long distance and Internet services.

Tristar is a provider of Long Distance, Local Telephone Service, and Broadband access between specific locations and the Internet. History

1996: The company was founded and incorporated after the 1996 Telecom Act.
1997: Became an IXC (Inter Exchange Carrier)
1997: Was on of the first companies to become a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier)
1997 - 2003: Established agreements with MCI Worldcom, Qwest, ATT, Global Crossing, and Bell South.
1997: Tristar purchased its own in house billing system, capable of billing long distance, Local Service, Data Services, and equipment on a single bill and has since developed a web based and electronic billing system.
2001: Contracted with its first building as a BLEC (Building Local Exchange Carrier). Since then Tristar has contracted to bring fiber and/or wireless telecommunication services to more than 50 buildings with more than 7,000,000 square feet.
2001: Became a facilities based Data Provider and established its first POP (Point of Presence) in Miami Florida. Has since established 7 other POP facilities through out Florida and Puerto Rico.
2001: Established a fixed wireless broadband network, with extensive coverage and offers data services at speeds up to 600 mbps.
2001: Established its on net Gigabit Ethernet MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) capable of transporting 10 mbps to 1 Gbps.
2001: Established its own on net DSL Network
2001: Established its own on net T-1, DS3, OCx Network
2002: Established its facilities based VOIP (Voice Over IP) Global Network
2003: Established its own conference calling bridging system, with the ability to connect via 800 dial in, Internet, or ISDN connections, with audio Conferencing, video Conferencing, and web collaboration.
1996 - 2003: Has established itself as a Telecom and Internet industry leader, with $0 in debt and millions of dollars in revenues.
